Refund & Cancellation Policy

Not happy? We refund in full within 30 days. No arguments, no conditions.

One-line summary: If you are not satisfied with any paid Vizible plan for any reason within the first 30 days, we will refund your payment 100%. No questions asked.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every paid Vizible subscription — Starter (₹5,000/year) and Full Platform (₹2,999/month) — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.

This guarantee applies once per business. It is designed to give you confidence to try Vizible with zero financial risk.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Include your business name and the phone number used for registration.
  • State “Refund Request” in the subject or opening message.

You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always appreciated so we can improve.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • UPI payments → refunded to the originating UPI ID
  • Credit/debit card → refunded to the same card
  • Net banking → refunded to the originating bank account

Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days before the refund appears in your account.

4. Cancellation (After 30 Days)

After the 30-day guarantee window, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

  • Starter (annual): You can cancel at any time. Your website stays live until the end of the annual period you have paid for. No partial refund is issued for unused months.
  • Full Platform (monthly): You can cancel at any time. Your website and platform stay live until the end of the current month. No charge for the next month.

5. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your website is taken offline at the end of the billing period.
  • Your data (form submissions, customer records if on Full Platform) is retained for 30 days after cancellation before being permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data during this window.
  • Your custom domain is not affected — we do not own your domain. You can point it elsewhere or to a new provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • The free demo website itself (it is already free).
  • Subscriptions where the 30-day window has passed.
  • Domain registration fees (if Vizible registered a domain on your behalf at your explicit request — these are charged at cost and non-refundable once registered).

7. Disputes

If you believe your refund request has not been handled fairly, please escalate to vizible.hq@gmail.comwith the subject “Refund Dispute”. We will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve the issue. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
